Tournament Entries

All entries to LBAA playdowns and sanctioned tournaments require entries to be in the hands of the LBAA Executive Director prior to a prescribed date and time as detailed on the tournament posters provided to the individual clubs at the start of each season.

Entries can be sent in by either e-mail, FAX, or Phone

Under no circumstances will entries be accepted after the deadline described on the posters.

Entries received by the Executive Director will be acknowledged by the same medium in which they were received, except in the case where a fax entry is sent from a drugstore or other commercial source in which case the entry will be acknowledged by telephone.

The Executive Director will make every effort to acknowledge all entries within 24 hours except, of course, for entries received after the office is closed for the weekend. In this case entries will be acknowledged on the first working day after receipt.

Should any entrant not receive confirmation within these times then the entrant should contact the LBAA office.
